1. Acceptance of Framework Terms
By accessing or interacting with the F1 Telemetry Engine system dashboards, parsing runtimes, or rendering layers, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these constraints, do not execute live data pipelines on this platform.
2. Data Ownership & Disclaimers
This engine acts as an analytical overlay environment. You explicitly acknowledge the following structural boundaries regarding telemetry stream metrics:
- All live tracking loops, timing coordinates, engine rpm vectors, velocity indices, and racing streams are owned entirely by Formula One Management (FOM) or its upstream data partners.
- This platform functions purely as an unofficial educational tool. It remains independent, un-affiliated, and completely decoupled from the Formula 1 corporate entities.
3. Local Processing & Computational Limits
Users are expected to responsibly call visualization pipelines. Flooding server boundaries or attempting structured scraper scraping loops directly targeting underlying asynchronous fetch controllers (`get_drivers`, `get_sessions`, `generate_plot`) is explicitly restricted.
4. Cache and Client Integrity
System runtime settings, cookies, and presentation configurations (such as dark/light variables) are processed inside your client container (`localStorage`). Modifying or breaking structural scripts to bypass cookie policy layers or notice frameworks may lead to service mapping failures.
5. Limitation of Liability
Telemetry layers are rendered "as-is" without validation guarantees. No assurance is given regarding accuracy, timing synchronizations, or system availability during official race weekend data streams.
